Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your atyp.store purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged

 

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@atyp.store before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days.

  • Take clear photos of the damage, preferably in the presence of the courier
  • Keep the original packaging, as it is required for claims
  • Contact us at contact@atyp.store, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund based on your preference

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale items and gift cards

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your order and place a new purchase.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 14 days to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times vary, so please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear
