Every piece is made by hand in our workshop in Slovakia, and finished in Europe. We are a small workshop, not a warehouse line, so the people who design a piece are the people who cut, weld, and finish it. That is how we keep the quality honest.

A custom piece takes about 3 to 5 weeks to make. Within the first two weeks we send you a design visualization, so you approve the shape and the details before we cut any steel. In-stock standard pieces ship sooner, because they are already made and waiting in the workshop.

Shipping is free within the EU on orders over €90, and free to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom on orders over €90 with customs and VAT covered. We ship worldwide; for destinations outside Europe, send your address and we quote the cost and the delivery time. Our carriers are DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

For orders over €90 to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, no. We ship those orders DDP, which means we cover all customs fees and VAT, so there are no extra charges on delivery. Within the EU there are no customs fees. For other countries, we confirm any duties with your shipping quote.

Yes. Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Custom pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if the design does not meet your expectations. Every ATYP piece comes with a two-year guarantee. Because each piece is steel, welded and powder coated by hand, it is built to last well beyond that. If something is wrong with the material or the finish under normal use, contact us at contact@atyp.store and we will put it right.

Inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@atyp.store with photos and we arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. We pack every piece in protective boxes, but if anything goes wrong in transit, we cover the return shipping.
